As we are an online business, all orders must be placed through our website.

Not at all! At Westway Megastore, our goal is to bring you your favourite brands at the
best possible prices. Whether you're a business or simply want to skip the supermarket trip,
place your order with us and we'll deliver it straight to your door.

No, you don’t! While we recommend signing up to stay updated on our latest offers, Mega
Deals, and exclusive discount codes, we also offer the convenience of guest checkout.

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store as we work out of a warehouse.

We do not have a minimum spend.

We have several payment options available so customers can choose a method that best
suits them. We accept all major credit/debit cards, Google Pay/Apple Pay.

If payment has been taken, your order has most likely gone through. In many cases, a
confirmation email fails to arrive because the email address entered at checkout was
incorrect. Please contact our customer service team so we can verify your order and update
your details if needed.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day they are placed. Express orders received
after 2pm on Friday are typically shipped the following Monday. During busy periods,
express orders will be prioritised to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

All orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our distribution centre in Coventry, United
Kingdom. Our team work hard to ensure that most orders are processed on the very same
day. Your order will be shipped with full tracking details and delivered quickly and efficiently.

Yes, we do ship orders internationally. Delivery to countries within EU are charged at £6.49
regardless of what you order. Normal delivery time 3 – 10 days from dispatch.
If we deem you order is an excessive size or weight, this may incur additional delivery
charges which we shall contact you prior to the order being dispatched from our warehouse.
Outside the European Union – America and the rest of the world.
Delivery charged to America and the rest of the world are £9.95 regardless of what you
order. Delivery normally is 5 – 15 days.
Certain weight restrictions apply. If we deem you order is an excessive size or weight, this
may incur additional delivery charges which we shall contact you prior to the order being
dispatched from our warehouse.

A: You can request to cancel your order within 30 minutes via email or call of placing it
(excluding orders placed between 5:30pm Friday and 9:00am Monday). While we’ll do our
best to stop the order before dispatch, we can’t always guarantee it.

Yes, you can return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are
unopened, unused, and undamaged. Returns should be sent to:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Items must be securely packaged. If any damage occurs during transit, the cost may
be deducted from your refund.
 Only the cost of the returned item(s) will be refunded — delivery charges and any
small order fees are non-refundable.
 Keep proof of postage in case the item is lost or delayed.
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund or
replacement, in line with our terms and conditions.

on our end. While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, occasional issues can
occur during transit or packing.
If your item arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us as soon as possible at

situations quickly and efficiently.
Please note: We can only offer refunds or replacements for breakages or missing items
reported within 24 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence is required, so kindly have this
ready when you reach out to our customer care team.

The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method used at

Debit/Credit Card: Typically returned within 10 working days, depending on your bank.
