Delivery
Entering the correct delivery address at the time of purchase remains your responsibility. Inthe event you enter the wrong address we are not obliged to resend the order at our expense. Once the order has been dispatched the delivery address cannot be changed.
Once you have placed your order with Westway Megastore. If are unable to ship any part ofthe order, we may at our discretion, either send part of the order that is in stock or remove item(s) from the order.
Although we state the delivery times these are estimated times only, and are not guaranteed. Some items may take longer to dispatch from our warehouse due to size and weight of the

Delivery within the UK
We charge £3.49 for delivery in the UK, regardless of the number of items you order. This is the total cost of delivery, regardless of weight and size. All our items are sent via Royal Mail Signed For. A signature is required on receipt of your item(s). Our delivery option include packaging, handling and Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class delivery postal costs. Normal delivery takes between 2-5 working days..
Free delivery on all orders over £45.
In order to confirm that an order shipped via post has indeed been lost, we must wait 15 working days before claiming against royal mail. Most lost items are located within the postal
system within this period of time. If your item has been lost or undelivered by Royal Mail, you should contact your local delivery office to see if they are holding the parcel, having already
tried unsuccessfully to deliver to you. To find your nearest UK Sorting Office call Royal Mail on 08457 740 740 or visit www.royalmail.co.uk. If after 15 working days you have not received
your parcel please contact us quoting your order number, name and address. We shall send you lost claim form. You must complete the form and return it back to us with 10 days or we shall close the claim, and in return shall not issue a replacement order. Once we have received and accepted the completed form, we will send your replacement order. These are Royal Mail’s new procedures which are forced to adhere to. If you require items urgently we strongly advise that you reorder them throughout website.
If your item(s) are returned back to us for whatever reasons, we will resend the item(s) subject to a redelivery charge.
Delivery to European Union Countries
Delivery to countries within EU are charged at £6.49 regardless of what you order. Normal delivery time 3 – 10 days from dispatch.
If we deem you order is an excessive size or weight, this may incur additional deliverycharges which we shall contact you prior to
the order being dispatched from our warehouse.

Items ordered from outside the United Kingdom are subject to control restrictions from your country’s customs department. When placing an order be aware of any restrictions which
could result in non-delivery or delay. We cannot take liability for items being imported into countries where restrictions are in place. You will be fully liable for cost of the order if the
items are held by customs or the regulatory authority. All items on Westway Megastore are sold for personal use of the recipient. Resale is usually prohibited by the laws of the
importing country. Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries. It is the recipient’s duty to obtain these details from customs and excise in the country to which the
goods are being dispatched.

Delivery charged to America and the rest of the world are £9.95 regardless of what you order. Delivery normally is 5 – 15 days.
